Step 1

We provide a cloud based multi-tenant BI platform which integrates all operating companies and essential business platforms into one centralized digital ecosystem. This tactical tool enables data-driven decision making integrated both horizontally and vertically across the portfolio, departments and all levels of management. The automation of manual reporting and data algorithms innovates roles and responsibilities within from report creators to business and data analysts.

Focus on Operations: why train on loss and waste? The operations piece of the business is the highest-cost, representing 70-80% for most businesses and most of the costs are variable – like labor, materials, etc. The traditional small to mid-sized businesses tend to only focus on increasing sales instead. We believe training and education on waste & losses have the biggest impact on bottom line performance.
